I partner with ops-heavy businesses to improve intake, follow-up, reporting, admin handoffs, and repetitive workflows with practical software, automation, and AI-assisted systems.
01Practical systems. Built around real operations.

Selected work
Proof that useful systems can be built quickly.
The portfolio is not the offer by itself. It is evidence that I can turn unclear workflows into working products, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools that people can actually use.
Flagship product01
TFVision
An AI-assisted video analysis platform for track and field athletes, coaches, and clubs. It proves the full-stack product side of the work: media workflows, saved sessions, accounts, review flows, and a real AI-assisted user experience.
An operations workspace for tracking expenses, invoices, gigs, outreach, and reporting. It shows the kind of quiet internal software that replaces scattered spreadsheets and keeps business data easier to trust.

Internal tool03
NorthStar
A personal command center that turns priorities, habits, and overdue work into a focused daily mission with progress and feedback loops. It shows workflow design, behavior systems, and mobile-first product thinking.

Past client work
Trusted by teams that need work to move cleanly.
Real client work usually starts with a practical business bottleneck: clearer intake, better admin review, and a smoother handoff from information to action.
Client workflow01
Synergy Industrial
A client intake portal pattern for Synergy Industrial: structured submissions, attribution, admin review, and a cleaner handoff from prospect information to internal action.
"Connor and the team at Munson Ventures were outstanding to work with. They communicated clearly, delivered on schedule, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I look forward to working with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted development partner."
Workflows I help fix
Practical systems for the work between tools.
Most businesses do not need a giant software replacement first. They need the messy middle mapped, simplified, and supported with the right layer of software, automation, and AI.
01
Intake, forms, and PDFs
Cleaner intake workflows
Turn forms, PDFs, emails, calls, and scattered notes into a structured flow: usable submissions, clean dashboards, source attribution, and admin review steps that do not depend on memory.
Build practical systems around leads, quote requests, vendor updates, client replies, and next actions so important follow-up does not disappear into inboxes, sticky notes, or disconnected spreadsheets.
Create the reporting, summaries, triage, and internal tools that sit around your existing systems: dashboards for status, AI-assisted drafts, cleaner records, and fewer manual updates.
A partner-style process for practical improvements.
01
Review
We start with one workflow that feels slow, manual, or hard to track, then clarify who touches it and where work gets stuck.
02
Map
I turn the workflow into a simple map: inputs, handoffs, decisions, existing tools, automation opportunities, and places AI should or should not help.
03
Build
I build the useful layer around the workflow: dashboards, forms, databases, automations, AI-assisted summaries, or custom tools where they actually fit.
04
Iterate
We test the system with real work, tighten the handoff, and leave your team with something understandable instead of a black box.
About Connor
Software builder with a workflow-first eye.
I'm Connor Munson, the person who maps the workflow, builds the software, and stays close enough to understand the actual business problem.
I'm a Computer Science major at PennWest Edinboro and the founder, owner, and operator of TFVision. Building my own products, internal tools, and client systems has taught me that useful software is rarely just a screen. It is the workflow, the data, the handoff, and the business judgment around it.
I work across full-stack apps, databases, authentication, dashboards, AI-assisted features, computer vision models, Supabase, Vercel, and the glue code that connects tools into a calmer operating system for the business.

Tell me one workflow that feels too manual, scattered, or hard to track. I'll follow up with a practical read on what could be improved with software, automation, or AI.
